Ok…so I found some ‘super foods’ that I came across… Some of them we already know for the most part, but here are some that you need to check off that grocery list like yesterday!
Salmon – Brain Food – great for memory… omega 3’s ROCK!! (I prefer wild salmon due to some of the studies I have read, it is better for you)
Spinach – No more needs to be said!
Eggs – The #1 Protein that cannot be beat according to certain dietitians
Avocado’s – All around Fabulous
Almonds – Great Anti-Inflammatory
The list goes on and on…but we have to start somewhere right? Check those grocery list twice…Good Luck! Carmen
